Look at this thread for more details.

The whole systemspace thing seems to have started on /r9k/ and /s4s/ on 4chan and /r/ here.

We all thought that it was some kind of ARG/narrative driven story that we could have fun with, but after some discoveries by some lainons and anons on reddit about Tsuki's mental state we are not really sure about the actual intent of the posts.

Tsuki has also made his own site at systemspace.link, where he seems to be based for now.

Thanks, I'll give it a read. I love cults and insane cunts.

Edgy way of describing abstract philosophical ideas that should describe existence in general.

  No.6725

>>6723
Its pretty much a death cult though.

  No.6726

>>6725
I don't think it's a death cult if people aren't encouraged to kill themselves. iirc tsuki just believes people will lose their memories if they die with dimentia and don't play along.

I think people just like calling it a death cult because it sounds edgy.

The fact that suicide is a valid option is a point of concern in itself. He's targeting specifically emotionally weak and socially worthless communities. No offense I'm in that camp too but soykaf, let's be real here.

  No.6728

that website and imageboard look really nice, maybe it's a publicity stunt to gather a cozy community

  No.6729

>>6728
Possibly. I like the aesthetic, but It's worrying. I don't expect tsuki to pull the veil and just say "ha ha it was a joke guys welcome to the community" on the 1st of july. He seems genuinely unhinged.

  No.6732

Thanks to this thread I just visited tsukichan. Why did they optimize their site so poorly, on stable chromium, fresh profile no extensions I get 99% on all 4 threads. Jesus Christ.

  No.6733

I'm assuming y'all signed up too?

  No.6735

>>6720
The site looks really neat, especially considering it's all about adopting identities vs. an anonymous soykafshow. Hope it turns out well.

  No.6754

>>6733
I signed up, waiting to see what ends up happening. I'm hoping that it ends up being a comfy place to hangout, with a cap on the amount of newcomers, as well as a break from the traditional anonymity of image boards.

I do think Tsuki has some sort of a mental disorder, be it he "maladaptive day dreaming" or whatever. I'm hoping he doesn't commit suicide and let the site die.

>check tsukichan
>there are people who believe him 100%

dude's dangerous to himself and other anons with that level of delusions

  No.6765

I'm signing up, drawing and everything, just to see whats up. Mind you I don't believe a word of this soykaf, I'm just here for the show.

This sh*t show is sh-lling EVERYWHERE. Dunno if people larping but this might turn into legit cult.

Requesting clarification, are you calling me a soykaf show or were you referring to Tsuki or whoever started this Systemspace soykaf?

Tsuki has posted on reddit about wanting to kill themselves. Plus you never know, but yeah people in this thread dont know whats up

im hoping its an arg tbh

Role playing, it's when people "have sex" through text on IRC.

  No.6799

It looks like an ARG or alternatively a way to make people not kill themselves, at least for a while.

We don't really know any more at this point in time and any speculation will lead back to these two points.

  No.6817

>>6799
I fail to see what lead you too these two points, and I did stay current on the thread.

Care to elaborate?

  No.6831

holy moly
context changes everything

i honestly fuarrrking thought it was just a obscure RP or an elaborate troll from an imageboard / local community but the guy is seriously messed up in the head

either that or it's still a elaborate troll but reddit/4ch says otherwise (fake evidence is really unlikely

just the sheer fact that he's inducing some kind of suicidal views just because of his delusional world on people is bad, but the people on tsukichan act like they 100% beLIEve him, although i suspect some people are there just for the ride and are trolling Tsuki or something.

I may join just to see how it pans out.
>fake identity of course
and if these people aren't sane, someone who is ought to keep an eye on things. you know, talk people out of self-harm if it comes to it, and see if he asks his followers to make a deeper commitment.

EVERYONE PLEASE READ THE ABCDEF
http://www.neopagan.net/ABCDEF.html
this framework is used to judge the danger and cult-likeness of a given organization. It was designed using modern psychological and sociological principles. I will conduct more research into tsuki's group using the abcdef in the future but I encourage all of you to do the same.

I would say that the group is a mixed bag.
A lot of the people on the discord server seem to treat it as an ARG, playing along but not taking it too seriously. However the imageboard and LFE section on the discord seem to have their fair share of strange and unstable individuals.

I highly doubt that upwards of 1000 people actualy believe that what Tsuki says is real.

How else are we supposed to treat is if not an ARG. Treating this crap like if it was dead serious is like a meme, but arg mode off who would treat it as anything such? It's all silly nonsense and it's most of the appeal.

You need the EID to post on boards other than /b/.
In theory, they only give you a role to talk on Discord if you post in a specific thread, which requires an EID to post in; but in practice I got it after a few days without posting in that thread.

Indeed, you do not get any 'cool features' by joining up, as all the cool soykaf is outside of our world. How convenient.

I think this is bullsoykaf if it's serious but great if it's roleplaying.
I browsed the site and the chan and it's just so aesthetic, I wish Lainchan had scanlines like that.
I'm gonna save a backup for myself eventually, it's so aesthetic.

I'm keeping my eye on this.

I am angry ITS NOT A LAIN CULT. IF IT WERE I WOULD BE MUCH MUCH HAPPIER!
>tfw still haven't found a real Lain cult to worship Lain with
I am angry I WAS SO CLOSE! THIS IS A GIANT TEASE!

>>6725
It's no more a death cult than Christianity is a death cult. Jeez you guys are so thin skinned.

>>6728
and cozy it is... but no lainists. Somehow, sheer luck I image, TsukiRep managed to imbue the Tsuki project with Lain as the mascot... maybe all that lainposting I did on those threads could have helped push this result idk.

>>6733
(66) here. Hello :)

>>6756
There was already an episode between the discord, which isn't really canonical to the entire Tsuki project but nonetheless the ramifications were dealt with and a summary I believe was posted in /lfe/

>>6771
It's a comfy cult, but not a Lain cult :((((

>>6858
>>6865
check out the servey for details. lol's to be had for the cynical and other than that it's good info for understanding the demographics

>>6920
You need it when you die, passing into LFE. Otherwise it's used to post in /lfe/ , /meta/ , and /a/

>>6923
>tfw that "Tsuki" on lains cap was drawn by me out of thanks to Tsuki in some thread

i am one of those people who believe him 100% and i don't see how that's bad. what makes you think tsuki is lying/wrong?

  No.7012

Man I really think that this is a stunt/form of roleplaying. But things really could get of hand if people take it too seriously. Like I love altered relaity games and the like, but what happens when one gets so big that people really start to believe? That could cause some major choas.

  No.7097

What makes you think he is telling the truth? Would you really believe what one random guy says on the internet without any external evidence to back up their claims?

As many have said in this thread, systemspace/LFE is most likely a very large and convoluted roleplay.

The more I read about this the more I realise it is just an artwork and their attempt at being original... though I don't see why they can't offer some criticism on my own project.
