So, before anyone forgets about this little publication it should be posted sometime at http://lainzine.neocities.com . Apparently issue 4 was up then taken down to correct some errors I guess.
Since /lit/ is gone, I've no idea where to find news on this thing so here's a thread about it.
>Anyone with info on lainzine 4 please update us.
Thanks.

the neocities page isn't even up for me...

Seems like there were typos in it and it was retracted to correct them.

How are we sure this is an authentic misprint edition? It could be a fake. I think we need to have a collector look at this. Present Day, Present Time! AHAHAHAHAHA!

Ok guys - have no fear recent events will not affect the Zine, I have the files and do all the layout...

I am making last edits to the Chaos article (some of the maths was wrong) ... I will have this very soon - will run past Junk - if no feed back I will release the FINAL issue 4 myself.

Please honor the contributors and kill this per-release - I will provide the edit and final Issue 4 ASAP.

Future issues have no fear.... I will personally take on the project if Junk falls back at any time.

Considering recent events I will update my editors note!

You say FINAL issue, but nothing keeps Junk and Kalyx and lainchan.jp to make their own FINAL issue, changing the editor notes in the opposite direction of yours ...

>authentic
can you define what is identity? we are all anon here, there's no authenticity.

>keeps Junk and Kalyx and lainchan.jp to make their own FINAL issue, changing

Yeh, well - they would have to get up to speed with the use of Scribus, then hack my server (easy) and find the right Scribus files (very super hard)... then download them and all the linking files, before they could make ANY edits!

I am the maker of the zine, if not the organizer!

I will confirm this was an "authentic" release... At the last second an author had issues with out proofing - we have made edits and hence I think Junk redacted the release you have here!

So yes this is an AUTHENTIC pre-release!
Main edits on final will be with equations in the Chaos piece! and again the fuarrrking date (dont wanna know how many times I have changed the publish date)!

how to contact you?

OK fair, I thought that all those files would have been shared.
Knowing they're not and you alone did all this changes my view quite a bit on the legitimacy of any claim by Junk on Lainzine.

Only the source files are on Gitlain for all to see. The construction is done locally on my machine.

How was I supposed to know how the final product looked, if the finished project is on your local machine? There were no errors in the sources I gave, only some typos.

Maybe next time contact the authors for proofing before releasing the zine. I'll be extremely happy to help with making the lainzine perfect.
