I think that blocking Tor would stop people who care about anonymous communication from visiting those garbage sites. Of course, anonymous free expression carries its own pitfalls.
I immediatly stop caring about a site if cloudflare shows up. Not to mention that there are people on this sick world that enable cloudflare for fuarrrking rss feeds.
