When do you usually dream? I don't know why but for some reason, sometimes I don't dream at night. At all. But I dream at day time, mostly when taking naps or waking up and oversleeping. But then it becomes the opposite. And for some reason, I always have bad dreams at day time.
>>197 Same here. Only in really rare cases my dreams are what people draw about dreams. Most times its just some scene around my hometown or some place I associate with a place I actually know and me interacting with acquaintances. Something is usually fucked up, so in hindsight it's easy to determine whether it was a dream or a faded memory.
same as everyone, on light-sleep. naps or "5 more minutes". i dont remember most deep-sleep dreams, as in the usual 5-7 daily hours. but when i happen to remember those, they end up being the most convoluted, complex and long dreams. those multipart, narrativistic, many-character dreams.
If I go to sleep at midnight dreams start only after 3 AM - first few hours of sleep are usually dreamless or it is just noise. The most visual and pleasant dreams happen already in the morning, around 6 AM. I think it has something to do with sleep cycles.
