I guess this goes here.
A friend of mine had trouble getting out of bed in the morning. I told him to slide away his phone on his pillow so he will have to get up. I made a video tutorial on how to do it if anyone is interested.

I found putting the phone far from the bed to be effective. It forces you to get up and shut the alarm.
It also happened to me. It seemed like sleeping 3 or 8 hours was no different for resting purposes
